Amy Rice (she/her)
Operations Coordinator

Amy is a Northern Nevadan who has a love of learning and all things education. She graduated with a Master’s of Educational Leadership from American College of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Nevada, Reno. While attending UNR, Amy worked in a local non-profit serving Washoe County’s foster youth, then she went on to teach high school Spanish, English, and Social Emotional Learning at Douglas High School. Amy loves working with many underrepresented communities and is dedicated to sharing high-quality education, compassion, and a curiosity for learning with all she encounters.
In her free time, Amy loves camping, hiking with her chihuahua rescue, traveling, cooking (and eating) delicious foods, and spending time with her friends and family. She also loves to be involved with local Reno events and periodically hosts a radio show on the local KWNK community radio station.
She is thrilled to join Envirolution’s excellent team to support the needs of local teachers to create a long-lasting impact on future generations.
