As we gear up for 2022 and the second half of the school year, we are taking a moment to reflect on last year’s past accomplishments. Volunteers from the American Association of University Women, Boys Team Charity, and over 130 community members dedicated more than 250 hours to helping Envirolution inspire and empower the next generation of sustainable economy leaders. As of last year, Project ReCharge has been taught in 90 schools across 16 districts by 188 teachers reaching over 62,000 students. Career Quest provided 300 students with ten virtual and three in-person events at Click Bond and Tesla. Over 1,000 students across the nation engaged in this National event Through 31 live and pre recorded messages, video tours and hands-on simple motors activity, participants got an exclusive look inside the innovative tech company, showcasing the variety of engineering careers and the inspiring women behind them. We saw a 58% increase in thoughts of becoming an engineer and 92% said that sustainability is important when choosing a career. A 7th grader from California said “I never knew what I wanted to be when I grew up but this has inspired me so much.” Check out the impact report and our webpage for more photos, stats and testimonials from the event.Read More →

Even a pandemic cannot stop more than 1200 girls across four states, 140 schools, and 39 school districts from participating in Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, a national event dedicated to inspiring young females to become future innovators and problem solvers. Today, February 25th, Tesla Motors and Envirolution, in the fourth year of our partnership will lead students through virtual tours and engaging videos. In celebration of the national event “Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day,” Envirolution & Tesla welcomed over 400 girls at 11 sites in 5 states for a day filled with hands-on activities, inspiring presentations from female leaders and behind the scenes tours. February 21 is Introduce A Girl To Engineering Day.
