Thank you for a successful Feature Our Future Fundraiser!
We are so overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone who supported our Feature Our Future fundraiser on November 10th at The Virgil. It was such a pleasure to share a night filled with music, food, science, networking, and sustainability!
Event Highlights:
- 115 guests attended and participated in our hands-on STEAM activities sponsored by Tesla, Sol-Up Solar, Redwood Materials, and NV Energy Foundation!
- Over 100 lbs of batteries were collected for Redwood Materials to recycle!
- Over $2,000 was raised through our Wine Pull and raffles!
- Medley Food Co. catered our delicious food and treats, DJ Rebel Yeti gave us an unforgettable music experience, and memories were captured by Epics Photo booth
Overall we raised over $20k, which helps us to support local teachers and schools to provide high-quality, sustainability-focused lessons and resources, career-focused educational experiences, and classroom materials needed to inspire students to go into STEAM careers!

For us, raising money to support our programs is just as important as raising awareness in the community about our programs. This event helped us grow our network of volunteers and connect more businesses with local teachers, and the important work that we do isn’t possible without those incredible partnerships.
