On October 17th, Envirolution hosted its first Staff and Board Retreat to foster collaboration between the staff and Board of Directors and focus our organization toward achieving its strategic plan goals. The day included a discussion of our strengths using the Clifton Strengths model, roundtable discussions about our strategic plan tactics, and lots of fun activities to get to know each other better.
