Envirolution had the opportunity to present for the second time at the Green Schools National Conference and Expo in Portland Oregon, March 2-4th. Staff and partners from Carson City and Washoe County School District led a session focused on how Project ReCharge and private partnerships can expand Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs, drive workforce development while also increasing environmental literacy and sustainability. The 40+ educators and professional leaders that attended were able to experience some of our hands-on lessons that build students’ skills for CTE opportunities, while learning ways to build partnerships and expand opportunities for students in their schools. Conferences like these are inspiring and motivating and always give Envirolution more tools and partnerships to help expand and improve our programs.
