Envirolution was selected by Pratt & Whitney and the North American Association for Environmental Education (NAAEE) as a winner of the first-ever Pratt & Whitney Global E-STEM Awards. Envirolution was the only organization in the United States selected for the E-STEM excellence prize! Each group demonstrated a remarkable commitment to advancing environmental, science, technology, engineering, and math (E-STEM) education programs for underrepresented students ages 11–18. On October 7th, in support of National Energy Efficiency Day Envirolution, SWEEP, NV Energy, and the Governor’s Office of Energy recognized the efforts of robotics students from Dayton Intermediate in Lyon County.  Last year these students completed a Project ReCharge LED school retrofit proposal, which was funded by Envirolution and our partners.  Once installed, the school will start saving close to $9,000/yr in energy costs. Check out the news clip from the event.Read More →
