It is a week-long program providing students with the opportunity to explore Northern Nevada businesses and organizations and introduce them to exciting STEAM careers, environmentally friendly practices, and the local sustainability movement. The Great Basin Community Food Co-Op is one of the stops during Envirolution’s Sustainability Tour and has many practices in place to minimize food waste.
